That's a wrap on our biggest Summer Fest yet!

Thank you to everyone who danced, sang along, and packed the streets of downtown San Jose this summer. You brought the energy, and the artists brought the fire.

And what a lineup it was. Patti LaBelle delivered a powerhouse vocal performance, the Soul Rebels lit up the stage with electrifying brass, and Trombone Shorty brought his signature genre-blending fusion, just to name a few highlights.

The weekend also marked a milestone for San Jose Jazz. Longtime Festival and Artistic Director Bruce Labadie passed the torch to Christian Vela, kicking off an exciting new chapter. We can't wait to show you what's in store.

Missed anything? Want to relive it? Check out the full festival recap in DownBeat from one of our favorite journalists, Yoshi Kato, then catch the highlights in our Summer Fest recap video below.

Save the date: August 13–15, 2027. Keep your eyes peeled and your ears open for lineup announcements coming soon!
